Do failed jobs cost anything?+

No. Upload failures and failed jobs never consume your minutes. You're only charged for successfully completed work, with a clear failure reason exposed to your code.

What's a minute / credit?+

1 credit = 1 minute of audio or video processed. A 10-minute file = 10 credits. Transcription, subtitles, summary and translation on that file are all included.

Is the API / MCP available on every plan?+

Yes — the REST API, MCP server and CLI work on every tier, including Free. Plans differ by monthly minutes, concurrency, webhooks and priority — not by access.

Can I switch or cancel anytime?+
